is it possible to take large quantities of them out, or should I send you a list of items?

Lists are easiest- there are large bags, but you pay via lounge trinkets and it costs double the lounge trinket for the value of steamworks (so 100 lounge trinkets for a bag of 50 steamwork, etc, which makes it more expensive to go that route). And to give 1000 trinkets individually would be setting up 100 trades. XD Bit tedious that way.
