yeah the wiki isn't a particularly reliable repository of information. subetalodge is your best resource for finding items and learning how to get them. in fact they even have a list of all the genetech combos and how to make them.

The Genetech thread hasn't been posted on in a long, long time, and it's actually missing a lot of combos (it was used for figuring out new combos, not so much for tracking known ones, but we haven't gotten any of those in a long time)
