ok so idk where to post this... but i just wanted to point it out, ive checked all of the different regions on subeta and there seems to be a torrential downpour, even in the artic. strange huh? then i try to visit oatmeal, and the poor thing looks so sad just hiding away in its home... is this to further the gunter story? or is it just an afternoon summer storm for subeta??? it seems pretty serious tbh...

It rains for a random 3-hour period every Monday and Tempest REs are more common during that time. It also sometimes rains in Shadowglen just because, but I don't think it affects the Tempest RE

Yeah, during Tempest's 3-hour Monday rain, it rains everywhere :)

Tempest doesn't like Mondays, that's why it rains pretty much everywhere. :) For a limited time that is.
