profile code preventing editing?

this is a new problem that i just encountered - i go to my profile, i click "edit my profile," i click the little paper & pencil icon, the box to edit the section comes up... except it's completely blank with no option except to close it. i've tried this on multiple different sections with no luck.
i thought it might be due to my profile code, so i cleared it, and editing worked again. after i made the changes i wanted to make, i pasted the code back in. it seems there must be something about my code that's causing this issue, but i'm not sure what it could be. it's just a simple premade layout and i've never had this issue before. here's the code, in case someone can figure out what might be wrong:
