I tried to log into my account on my mobile device's Chrome app but the "Incorrect username/password combo!" keeps showing up. Let me note that I was still logged in my account on my PC at the time (and I still am as I'm writing all this). I even changed my password and tried logging out and then back in - worked on my PC, didn't work on my mobile device. Has anybody else ever encountered that problem and if so, how did you fix it?
Not something I've ever encountered. I'd suggest filing a ticket. c:
You may need to clear your phone browser's saved data (cache, cookies, saved passwords), if you are so able. And make sure that you are using a compatible mobile browser! Some don't play nicely with the tech we use on the site.
