He'll show up in the Events tab on his own, no need to do anything (I think it's the events tab).

You should know that this 13th is actually Careapier not Careaper because it's Friday the 13th, and Careapier is much much harder.

Oh no wonder he is kicking my strongest pets' butts (if they had them, which they don't).

The Careapier does seem to block all light and only occasionally all wind, so Gale Force is better than Morosbane as a scroll bomb.
