I've been searching for items I half expected to be on a friend's wishlist and finding nothing (when I went through manually though, some were on there). I then resorted to searching for one of the items previewed on the main wishlist page and that didn't come up either. :c

Edit: searching my own wishlist works fine for some reason and so does the general wishlist search. The one to search a single person's wishlist is the one not working.

Second edit: it looks like private wishlists don't actually hide items in the general wishlist search. e.g. I can search for an item, it comes up that x user has it on their wishlist, but if I go to check it's not on any of their visible wishlists.

Same here. It was originally, I remember being SO glad when I was on someones WL to be able to tell if it was on an owned list or a wanted list and which one. I even tried adding an item i was searching for to mine to see if it somehow was searching my WL instead when on a friends, but it still gives the "item not found" error.

Same issue, I can search my own wishlist for items and using the general search still brings up users with a particular item in one of their wishlists, but using the search feature to find items in an individual user's wishlist doesn't work. Always returns with "item not found," even when the item can be located manually in a public wishlist.

It looks like you can still use the general search (e.g. search for Watermelon Subreze) and come up with users who must have these on private wishlists (as they don't show up on any of their viewable lists). Is that a bug or intended?
