I was wondering if it's possible to rename "unsorted," I don't really know how to use it lol!! I only put items on priority in them right now. Would like to change it to something like "on priority" or "always needed" :P

The Unsorted list is just the items that haven’t been sorted. You can create a category and set it as your Default to do this. So I suggest making a Priority category, moving items to it and setting it as your default. (The default WL is the one that things get added to when you use the wl button.)
