Item not stacking in vault

I have this going on:
When I account search I get this yet I should have 14 cards:
Only thing I can think that happened is I remember getting an error page when I was trying to put the card into my vault yesterday.
This isn't the first time I've had this happen. I don't have any screenshots of that time. It was a cheap item so didn't think of reporting it. I fixed it by removing the single item and putting it back in my vault.

This is just one of those random glitches that happens sometimes. Sounds like this time it happened due to lag. Are you able to fix it by removing the item and putting it back into your vault?

It took a bit of figuring out but yes, I got it to show correctly. It only fixed itself after I took the whole stack out then the single card.
I'm glad it's not a major game breaking glitch (hopefully). I just thought it odd when it happened again so I thought I should double check. :)
