Im tier 13 and im having no luck at ALL.
SCROLLS i Have i have 4 cobalts 6 shreiks 1 aftershock 1 morosbane 1 psycho smasher 1 gift of the forj attached
Im using manifesting weapon Maniacal Essence Volatile Energized Mecha Blessed Trident of the Banished One Intricate Energized Helmet Soma Tablets Recycle Blaster Reviver of the Lion

I'm probably not qualified to give advice for this guy, being the lowly level that I am, but I looked at the stats and had some thoughts
weapons
First off Manifesting Weapon, Intricate Energized Helmet, and Blessed Trident aren't blocking anything for you against him, I'd take them out and put in a Pheonix Quill first
For the other 2 slots first you want something that mass blocks either Magma, Fire, or Physical (your Maniacal Essence blocks Dark so that's good). Magma is the best thing to block. The easiest thing to do, if you have a friend willing, would actually be to borrow a Cronus Blade
The last slot can either be another weapon with a good block (in case you get some lucky blasts), an Acorn Bomb (for it's 100 turn curse), or maybe a full block like Shinwas Temple Shard for an extra turn, or to guarantee a full heal
scrolls
As you can't freeze him all of the Shreiks and the Psycho Smasher can come out to free up AP
The Oblivijhen and Perilous Whirlpool scrolls can be good for their blocks (magma and fire respectively), along with the Cobalts Any other scrolls you have that block magma, fire, or physical in high amounts would be good too For getting damage in the only icons he doesn't block (apart from the scroll) are Water and Light, but he can full block magma so avoid heavy magma hitters if you can ;)

you probably want to be using Ether or Cronus Blade against him instead of trident or manifesting weapon. Definitely borrow the cronus though, as you’ll have your own after beating him.
You may want to pick up a few fatal fire scrolls too. Not sure if blasting is disabled (someone can chime in here). If you can blast his physical dealer, maniacal essence + cronus + fatal fire will block the majority of what he’s throwing.
Cobalt isn’t very good here, fatal fire will be much more relevant since it blocks a consistent amount.
thankyou I just bought a Natasha so will continue to play around thanks for tip on fatal fire scrolls. I will ask around tomorrow if i can borrow a cronus blade

Blasting works, just not blessings, freezing or stealing Thank goodness really, him using junk weapons seems like it would help a lot
From what I hear that's normal for your first wins, Cronus makes everything so much easier, lots of people borrow it to win the Baal ;)

You want either cronus + natasha or cronus + the ether for meatslab. You will want to double blast. Blasting his mighty flexes is the best thing you can do as they not only through off the balance of his weapons by adding a ton of physical icons, but it also boosts his strength by 750 with each use. Meatslab can't be frozen so you will want to get rid of any freezers and replace them with extra heal or a full blocker or a third weapon. Mods should be a couple of crit strike crystals and attack crystals like the marquise crystals.e As for scrolls, fatal fire is really good against him. I used 3- 4 cobalt scrolls against him: rblaster + soma + the void scroll first turn, cronus + mecha + cobalt second turn, then cobalt whenever I needed an extra block. Aftershocks was the infinite usd scroll I used to use.
