What I want is to have the page show my dashboard on both sides with everything else in the center. Maybe bookmarks could be along the bottom scroll or something instead of on the other side? My dashboard is quite long and I don't like having to scroll to see things I use constantly. I'm not worried about graphics at this point. I would actually be happy with just colors.

$25 is normally the minimum I charge for my commissions, sorry if my phrasing was misleading D: I can discount for simpler things, but what you are asking (having the dashboard spill to both sides) is a bit complicated so I wouldn't want to go lower, sorry.
