Less than 150 points to go until Tarrant hits T9 and looking for a bit of advice I'm a hoarder and plan to train other pets so I have a lot of lower tier things too, but here's the more relevant ones

Is there anything else I need to get through T9? Should I be saving for any big thing in particular?

My set is pretty much identical. From what I gather, you could try saving for a Gelatin Concoction for T9 that can eventually build into Maniacal Essence. My plan is to just pick up more AP for freeze scrolls from T9 to T10 then grab ornamented hook swords at T10. The essence is probably cheaper to buy than the separate components.

If you don’t have any Gift of the Forj scrolls those could go a long way for BQs in the meantime since 1500 is basically a full heal at this point. The level 25 bosses are imo easier than Sandragon. Haven’t been able to beat Saggi so can’t say much about him.

Those are my two cents. I’ll be stalking this thread for more tips though ;)

I've seen the Hook Swords mentioned a lot in guides, even though it's real expensive (or idk maybe I just suck at saving lol, it seems real expensive for me) Apparently you can earn the Concoction around T11, though I've never been online for a Gelatin war, are they still a thing? I'd guess it would drop the price for them a bit?

I must admit my collection of scrolls is pretty woeful, I basically just bring Aftershocks, Cobalts and Exodins, though I earned the Cold Blast scroll the other day [sup]I swear it hates me[/sup]

I think since you're not close to tier 11, it would be fine to wait until the next Gelatin war to try and earn your own ME. Probably the best thing for now is to continue training intel and adding scrolls. :) Things like Mirroring Shield of Brilliance and Charged Tower Shield could probably help against Saggi And something like Frostbite Amulet could help against Sanddragon. But if you're working on a budget then it might be more useful for you to just boost intel because it'll be more useful at later tiers.

Haha, my budget is like 'oh I have some sp, better spend it' xD Sounds good; I'll work on buying books more consistently for sure, still have some relatively cheap ones to get, cheaper than Tomes/Essences anyway. I like that Amulet too, that's quite the freeze rate :)

Tier 9 is kinda dull in that nothing that you can buy except for the IEH and AON are really endgame like Hook Swords, DGR, PBow, or USS are in tier 10.

Nachos Secret Stuff would be the only other item that I really use on a regular basis.
