I mean when you go to "Send to a Buddy" through your inventory and send it to a non-buddy user.

Because I have sent quite a bunch of some pricey gifts to random players and have not received a single thank you :'D

Nope, you get a notification that tells you 'x sent you y item' or something along those lines. Maybe they just haven't been online? They could also be shy, busy, unsure what to do about it, or just not want to say thank you. x)

I personally say thanks even to anon gifts when I see I got them. I'll fully and freely admit I have missed saying thanks -immediately - after the gift was sent. Usually I'm off at work or missed the event coming in when that happens. Did you check how active some of the people are? I've gifted random usernames only to see some were on 3+ months ago

Subeta IME users here are usually pretty good at saying thank you. There's even a thread for thanking anonymous gifters in Bragging & Complaining. If you want to be thanked maybe send it via the GIft Center in Arctic Frost? I suggest this because I get lot of Events and I am deleting them like mad all of my playing-day here. I have a GA and use all 250 slots on my Inventory on a regular basis and I myself might miss something given directly like this and not even realize it it one of them.

If a gift is sent in the Gift Center then the fact that it has been sent and who by (if not anon) always stays there.

In my experience, when you use "Send to Buddy" the notification for it is easy to miss. And if it gets accidentally deleted, there's really no more record of it. Sometimes something will show up in my inventory, but I accidentally deleted the notification and I feel kinda bad not knowing who sent it D:

So I recommend using the arctic frost gift center, and sending the items through gift boxes if you can help it. That way there is a clear record of it, the notification is also more noticeable, but even if they miss it, they can check on it at the gift center any time.

Most of the "gifts" that I have gotten, all say Anonymous on them. Even in the events tab, all it says is "you have a bat wrapped box", and thats it.

Only one of them had a "message once opened" and it was just "Welcome to Subeta".

I would love to know who sent some of the ones I have gotten, because I got swarmed with some earlier, and theres no way of knowing who sent them. (That I can tell) D:

I agree that if you use “Send to Buddy” it’s a lot easier to accidentally delete the event notification and then there’s no way for the person to see who sent it. I’ve done that before a couple of times that I know of and possibly other times when I never noticed. If you send it through the gift center, they can still find out who sent it even if they delete the notification.

I had a notice that I got a gift but, deleted the notice by accident. Now I don't know where the gift is. I don't get them that often. ;(

if it was a wrapped gift, you can find it in the Gift Center in Arctic Frost. It will stay in the month it was given so if it becomes July you will have to dropdown it back to June to see it.

If it's not a wrapped gift, it's in your Inventory.
