So what I need to know is what items can you see at what ranks? I am rank 160. Are there any items I cannot see?

nope, you can see everything. I'm not sure the exact ranks, but I'm fairly sure that you can see everything once you hit rank 25. Its possible that the 10K pt option might be a higher level.
