Hello everyone, I used to play on virtual pet sites a lot when I was a kid and found this site when I was feeling strangely nostalgic. While my job keeps me on the road and rather busy at times I hope we can have fun together.

Same here; I used to play on a few different virtual (pet) sites, including Subeta, when I was younger...and here I am, still playing Subeta in my late 20s, lol. 😆 (I actually returned a few months ago after feeling strangely nostalgic myself--and now I just enjoy hanging out here and doing stuff. 😊)

Not even a week in and I'm having a ball. It's what I expected from a virtual pet site and the collection elements are scratching my pack rat itch.

After a few days I'm starting to figure out how to gather points and started building collections. Thanks for the links, what I need to do now is start socializing a little more.

In the short term I'm going for at least a gold trophy for each collection. Getting better trophies with the beanbags and plushies seem like they would be an interesting long term goal. Then there are the clothes which just seems to be endless.

That's good to hear! :) Yeah, all the different collections are fun to do! I don't actively look for things to add to my collections, but whenever I get beanbags and plushies from Quests, I always check to see if I already have them in my collections or not--and if I don't, they automatically go into my collections. 😁

I love games with a collecting mechanic. I played Pokemon for the longest time and during the 20th anniversary events I managed to collect them all.

WOW, you collected them ALL?! 😮 Congrats! That's amazing!

It was fun the 20th anniversary meant Nintendo were giving out event pokemon like crazy. I got super lucky buying a few used games that had someone else's collections that included quite a few shinies that I traded away. The Alpha Sapphire and Omega Ruby games had a lot of Legendaries from previous gens. So starting over from X and Y and going through every 3DS game was wild. Oh and wonder trades, I was surprised what I got out of those trades.

Oh, wow, I see. 😮 That's so awesome! You really put a lot of heart and hard work into collecting them all then. 😀

I've played some of the Pokemon games, but I've only ever completed the original 1st gen collection...well, minus Mew, that is. ><; Just the first 150 Pokemon. Other than that, I'm nowhere near to completing any other collections, lol. There's a bunch of Pokemon I'm missing here and there. X'D
