Every time I try to open my Mysterious Costume Trunk it tells me that I recieve the 500 CSC gift card but when I go back to my inventory I still have the Mysterious Costume Trunk and no gift card. How do I fix that?

You need to actually click the gift card on the screen that displays it. It should say something like "Click to redeem" which means you have to click it or it won't change into the card.
