I'm sorry if this was posted somewhere else, or if I am posting in the wrong forum. Please let me know if this should be somewhere else.

I am using Google Chrome - but I have also tried this on Firefox. I can use the wardrobe just fine however once I save my HA, nothing shows up anywhere on the site...just a broken image.

Is there something I need to be doing on my end? Nothing else on the site seems to be an issue.

Have you tried converting your avatar yet? In the new wardrobe, in the blue box on the side, it has the link for that plus the explanation. The wardrobe was updated to an entirely new system, so old HAs that haven't been converted just show up as a broken image now.

Sadly yes, I have - I even made a new HA to no avail. I thought it was because I was using an old saved HA. So I converted and made a new one :(

my ha isn't broken but its refusing to change over even after a hard refresh. :/ So maybe there's something going on? [edit] finally got mine to change over. Have you tried a hard refresh?

How do you do a hard reset? Is that where you basically start from scratch with a base HA? I've tried that too
