Current Weapons: Gorgun, Bottled Tornado, Bone Grinder, Reborn Icewand of Doom and Phoenix Quill. I have 4 Perilous Whirlpool Scrolls. I would really like to battle stronger opponents and could use some advice please. Judy

Hi Judy, do you have a budget in mind?

The most common attacking duo for T11 is Paintbrush Blades and Swashbuckle. You'll find that they're cheaper than most other T11 options and solid weapons overall.

Next, I would start saving up your battle tokens so you can build Intricate Energized Helmet, which would be an upgrade to your Gorgun. It has a blessing that protects you from being frozen for two turns after you've used it. Then you can build Volatile Energized Mecha, which is a nice little bomb that will do 9 icons, defend 7 icons, and heal you for 125 HP for 100 turns.

Recycle Blaster is a cheap blaster you can add to your set right away, which blasts one of your opponent's weapons into a 1-icon piece of junk.

Looking to the future, you may want to save up for Soma Tablets and Reviver of the Lion. They are similar to Recycle Blaster and Phoenix Quill, respectively, and would be a nice bonus to your set if you can afford them, but they aren't mandatory.

For scrolls, you need to get your hands on an infinite use scroll like Aftershocks Scroll. Singed Stuffing Scroll is a much cheaper alternative if you can't afford Aftershocks yet.

Some defensive scrolls you could add to your set are Cobalt Eternal Scroll, Sancturia Exodin Scroll, and Fatal Fire Scroll, which all defend a unique amount of icons.

Thank you so very much for all your advice. I will go and see what I can afford now. I have 74 points to spend in the battle shop so I can purchase the Intricate Components. I think that is needed to make one of the weapons you recommend. I will have read up on how to make it. What confuses me is what order I should be using all the weapons and scrolls. Can you tell me how and when to use the items you suggest please. I will try and purchase all you recommend. I have a lot of moola. Judy

This is how I usually set up my default set:

-You want to use your freezer on the first turn, which gives you a "free" second turn when your opponent is frozen. During the second turn I use my blasters since I don't need to worry about my opponent doing any damage while they're frozen.

-Your healers always stay behind your main attackers because you don't want to use the healers until your HP is low. Keeping them behind your attackers will prevent them from being used before you want them to when you have preselection turned on.

I usually place my once per battle (OPB) scrolls before my infinite use scroll, for example: If you put your infinite use scroll before your OPB scrolls, then you would have to click each time you want to use a OPB scroll and that takes up more time.

You are at a tier where you sometimes have to customize your set and weapon/scroll order to beat certain opponents, so don't be afraid to experiment with different orders than the ones I gave. Trying out different things is part of battling and will help you develop your own unique style :)

Once again I want to thank you. I think I have enough to purchase everything. I will work on this over the weekend. I had a recycle blaster in my inventory. I will add it to my current set. I love the battling aspect of the site and I love training my pet. Judy
