I had an idea for an item to reduced the time between donation picks. Right now it's 5 minutes. But maybe we can have a special item to reduce it by half? Or reduce it even a little bit.

I can see where this thought comes from (and I love playing in the DC as much as the next Subetan) but it seems a bit greedy, especially for times when lots of expensive items are dumped at once. No support. :c

If there is demand for a feature like this, than it should be a random event. A time limited buff that allows to you pick up a second item before the 5 minute wait is triggered. This way users can't take advantage of it to be greedy with items in the Donation Corner.

People dump all their things into the DC when quitting, so users who can afford this item (or get lucky with the RE) could get best picks more quickly.

The DC is fine and balanced fairly for everyone just the way it is. It's 5 minutes between items, not 60.

If you can afford an expensive item to shorten the wait at the donation corner, do you really need the donation corner?

I do a big giveaway for christmas this year. so i am trying to get as many items as i can to resell them to make a lot of sp. so eventually if this was an item i think it would pay for itself just like the discount cards

eeeh I think it would help to clear the DC when it becomes full of cheap items that people calling this suggestion "greed" don't want. I support this, but idk if a item is the answer. Also I don't think staff would implement this because I feel it can be exploited and give unfair advantage to the richer users.

Girl there are already tons of good and balanced ways to earn sp, sniping shit from the dc and reselling is just... not one of them, and i doubt subeta will ever facilitate it as such

I'm sorry, but five minutes really is not that long of a time unless you're constantly refreshing the DC for the timer to be up. In which case, do something else in the mean time.

The rest of Subeta is not required to support someone's once-a-year giveaway. Any user may get pleasure from doing this, but them taking things out of the DC removes the pleasure of getting stuff from it from all other DC-visiting users for the entire year, compounded throughout the entire year. Some of those users might be poor Subeta-currency-wise and need that support, then get frustrated and quit and not even stick around until the giveaway time.

I never once said to support my giveaway. I am just saying why i had that idea. and why it would benefit me.

I guess I wouldn't argue with a buff for something like this, but I really don't think an item is the way to go about it. But I don't think a wait reduction is necessary regardless of how it's implemented. It's only a 5-minute wait. It's possible to do a good handful of quests or restock way more items in that time than is generally going to be worth the wait to grab another donated item if your goal is to make money off of the items grabbed
