Just to see if it was an actual item, I removed it from my shop, and it gets weirder:

This is a glitched item that was very rarely given out sometimes, and I am working on a fix for that now.
Please leave the item in your inventory for now, and don't do anything with it. I will manually delete it in a bit.

Okay, I've deleted all copies, including the one you got! And I've fixed a couple places in the code that were making this happen, so you shouldn't run into this again. Thanks for the report!
