I apologize in advance if this was reported already.

Recently I noticed that saved custom pet order doesn't work anymore. It used to be that after I ordered my pets, I could click "save as custom!" to save this particular order. And the next time when I adopted a pet from the pound which usually messed up the order, I could just hit "custom" under "Quick Order By", and the saved order would be loaded (except for the newly adopted pet which would be placed as the first pet). But this doesn't work now. I just saved a particular order yesterday, and today, when I tried to use the custom order, it didn't load correctly. Pets that I adopted months ago were still being put in front of the rest of the pets.

It'd be greatly appreciated if someone can look into this issue. As someone with 80+ pets, it's really difficult to order them, as I have to severely zoom out the page so that I can see all my pets without scrolling. Thanks a bunch in advance!

I had a similar problem last time I tried using the custom order - I got around it by clicking 'order pets' instead, but I always used to go through the custom order first, and do the same as the OP.

Just now, I saved my current order as custom, clicked "quick order by custom" and now they're all in a really weird order, with the most recently created pets (mostly created before I changed the custom order previously) all at the beginning :(

Honestly, if adopting pets from the pound won't mess up our pet order so much, I'd be OK if we don't have the custom order feature at all. Sigh...
