Nothing in the description or comments says anything about that. Could be like Dara's Darlings where it doesn't have to be consecutive. On the other hand, things like the garden have to be tended within 24 hrs.

Doesn't sound like there's much that you can do about it in either case. Don't worry, have fun!

I was wondering the same thing as you. The staff has kind of left us in the dark when it comes to some of the specifics of how to befriend a scootle. Maybe we'll get more details on Friday when more colors come out.

P.S I want one but am waiting until a nice color combo comes out. I'm especially excited for angel! :D

Wait, Dara's Darlings isn't consecutive? ^_^; Do you mind clarifying how it works? haha.

It just means if you disappear for a couple days or forget to go, the minion you were bonding with will still be there whenever you visit the shop again, and you can pick up where you left off without having to start over.

We're not sure yet if the snail thing works the same way though, since it's brand new.

While the minion at Dara's won't disappear if you don't bond with it every day in a row, your progress with it will reset and you will have to start the bonding process over :D

It looks like consecutive days doesn't matter! This is the first day since before my trip I've been able to get online, and it gave me a different message so I think it's fine!

I didn't click on the Scootle days in a row (because I forgot). It will still be there where you left off and when you reach the end of the trail, you can adopt :D

Help! I clicked on the snail once and there seemed to be a response. I have gone back multiple times ...but nothing :( What am I doing wrong?

you have to do it for several days - go back the following day, the scootle will be on the next page of the hiking trail; click it again, then repeat the next day until it's on the last page. when you click it there, you should get a message saying it wants to come home with you, at which point you'll be able to adopt one.

@ Frenchi thats my problem I suspect, not sure how to get it to go to the next page? I click on the images and on the legend but nada ...sigh . THanks for helping!
