I was wondering, what account age/sP wealth does Sarah's quests stop becoming playable? This is firstly out of curiosity and secondly out of worry that it might be a glitch, and I don't want to waste staff's time by filing a ticket if it isn't a glitch.

I read on a fan site that it was at 500,000 sP, and that confused me cause I can still do them and I have way, way more than that, both on-hand and in my vault (sorry if it's bad form to mention your sP total, I'm just trying to illustrate that if that were true I'd stop being eligible a long time ago). So I figured that was outdated, or this was a glitch. My account will be 1 month old tomorrow, which is probably like a tiny infant to the OG players, but I'm probably getting close to the account age cutoff to be considered a newbie (if there is one).

The limit was changed awhile back :) This is from the FAQ linked on the news page:

Sarah's quests are meant for beginners. Accounts less than 2 months old can access her with no sP limit. If your account is older, you must have less than 1,500,000 sP to do her quests. This includes in your shop till. Saggitarius on the other hand, requires that you at least have 1,500,000 sP on you to do his quests. If you go above Sarah's amount or fall below Saggitarius's amount, you will not be allowed to finish any quest you started.

Just a small correction, shop tills don't count for your total for Sarah quests - neither new shops nor legacy shops. But offers on trades that have not yet been accepted do count toward your total.

I didn't think shop tills were counting last time I actually could do Sarah's quests, but I thought maybe it had been fixed since it was in the FAQ. Thanks!

yeah, I know there's been talk about that, and there used to be some issue back with the legacy shops. I do Sarah's quests semi regularly and the way I manage it is to keep my sp in my shop tills until I need to spend a lot, like buying CSC or something. So I've got way more than 1.5M in tills right now and I was able to do Sarah quests yesterday.
