Where are they displaying? So far in the forums, I am only seeing google ads. Very disappointing. =/

I have a GA so the Google Ads do not show for me, and all I see are user-banner-ads. Yes, they are supposed to be in the Forums. They do exist! In particular one user set up a one point five billion sP leaving Subeta giveaway and they must've used all that sP to buy all the banner imprints ever.
