Cherry Pie Launcher doesn't

I'm not sure where this should go & the readme said to ping you if we had questions.
My Cherry Pie Launcher does NOT create Stale Cherry Pies. It is supposed to generate 1-2 pies per use in battle, but I have tried it multiple times with no luck.
It's a rare and seldom used tier 2 weapon, so I'm not surprised it's gone unnoticed for so long.
Hrm Let me ping and to see if they have any ideas because I know I don't know much about weapons so I cannot answer that at all.

Hand to God -- it didn't work the previous two days I tried it. Now it is working fine. WTF???
The only difference is the level of the pet that I tried it with, but it's a T2 weapon and I only battle with T2s and up. Why would it work for a T13 pet (today) but not a T2 or a T5 one?

In battling a T2weapon set w/ a T13 pet, I noticed that RMK & trident do not appear to be scaling in their damage
