Hun just a reminder you can't transfer him until the 30 days passes. I'd say a drop to the pound and have the new owner nab him would be smart if other pets were in there too to help cover him but with an average of 0-5 pets in there its likely someone else would nab him that way...

I've done a successful pound transfer, it just takes working through smail to be online at the same time and being prompt with the decision.
