I am looking for someone to commission for a pet profile.

Itll be for my nostalgic fester. I'm looking for a simple profile. Two rows, One with his image and info (name, species colour owner) and treasures, a second one to hold his backstory. All other stuff i'd like hidden. I'd like the profile to have a background, but i have no background to supply, so ideally i'd also have some graphic works done for said profile.
