Hello Everyone! After someone is permanently frozen, to the point that even their username can now be taken... what happens to their items and pets? Are they gone forever? Are they donated? Put into the pawn shop? Put up for adoption? o_O?

Everything stays on the account, all of the items and sP data will just sit there untouched. Pet names can be taken as well as usernames, but the actual pets with their data and all the account info will remain just like it was before. (IDK for sure if there's a point where account info is ever deleted for good, but items and pets are never donated or put up for adoption by staff regardless)

There are different reasons someone might be frozen, it could have been for breaking the rules but it could be that the person froze their account themselves for whatever reason. If they choose to come back to it eventually, their stuff will still be here for them.

So... like Facebook? You can deactivate but log back in at anytime to get back on track?

Kind of, you would need to submit a ticket I think to have your account unfrozen again. And it partly depends on why you were frozen I guess, if it was for breaking rules then you might not be allowed to have it back. If you froze your account yourself, you would need to prove that you're the original owner somehow (like giving information about items and pets and stuff that were on your account, details that only you would know).
