In Forum Groups, the member list does not include user icons. I think this makes the page neater, however, it also means that the birthday cake icon doesn't show.

It would be really convenient to have that icon visible. In several of my groups I'd like to be able to wish people happy birthday and right now I'm limited in being able to do that by just happening to notice their icon in a thread. If they've posted recently, if I happen to click on that particular thread, or if someone else notices it. All pretty random.

I absolutely support this! I love spoiling my group members and would love to be able to check the member page to see if it's anyone's birthday instead of just happening to catch the icon.

Support for this and for generally making the birthday icon more visible (I can't recall if there are other areas it doesn't show up). c:

It used to show up in the main body of your post if you used the user code. But it hasn't done that since they updated the forums.

e.g I noticed someone with a birthday icon. , for today June 22.

[edit] huh...the birthday cake icon does show! I swear, as recently as last week I'm sure I noticed the user code didn't show the cake. Maybe the post was from the day before or after the actual birthday. Or its a recent bug that bug fixed.
