it’s up to the artist I suppose. This isn’t the first time I requested this kind of art and I haven’t had a problem. My other pets were the same request & they were done perfectly.
I can give descriptions, but how can I give references when someone has never done art before for him? I can’t draw for anything but stick figures lol

Counts as OC design commission when you give no reference actually. So that is what you are looking for right now.
