I just extended some of the running contests because of all the Vesnali ongoings so you´ll find time afterwards to do some of them. ^-^
We also have the Cash Shop Bonus Weekend coming up with another contest so I thought it would be nice to give you some more time. :-)
On top of that, I have to implement the European Union's new General Data Protection Regulation into my practice´s daily routine and that means a lot of paperwork and organization until the end of the month. Therefore, only one other small contest besides the bonus one will come up in May before we start full of vim and vigor into June! :-)

The Scavenger Hunt is still not open. The actual games and role plays in Wayward Squirrel and Wizarding keep me busy, LOL. However, it isn´t forgotten. Most of the tasks are finished yet it is still a little bit rough around the edges. Should it interfere with some Subeta events later, it´ll be postponed until the next bigger break.
On a brighter note, I have 8 weeks of school vacations ahead and only 2 practice days per week for treating patients, all cats are healthy for once so a lot of free time for me now. I´ll be home much more regularly and will think up some cute or interesting games and contests for sure. :-)

AUGUST NEWSLETTER
Hello my friends,
I hope you´re having a wonderful summer and lots of free time for recreation! ^-^
I am packing our things now and we´ll be away for beach vacations soon, driving up north on Saturday and staying there for 22 days:
It´ll be Malu´s first Sylt vacation and I am curious how he´ll like the house in general, the garden and the beach wicker chairs which are a fav of Palila, she has a small one of her own in the garden and nobody is allowed to use it! :-)
There will be less activity in Colovaria during these weeks, however, we´ll have one contest per week and also a party in between!
This month’s Cash Shop Bonus Items Contest will start in the evening of the 17th of August when Cash Shop Bonus Weekend occurs. What birthstone will Subeta choose? Peridot, spinel or sardonyx? I am hoping for spinel, they come in such a ray of colors! <3 A light pink one would be a dream! There are no light pink items in the bonus shop. It´s time for this now! :-)

DECEMBER NEWSLETTER

I hope you have a lot of fun with the Luminaire Contests in Colovaria and all the other cute and lovely things Subeta has to offer during Luminaire! <3
November had no Cash Shop Bonus Items sadly so we are looking forward to December´s Cash Shop Bonus Items Contest! Normally, the bonus weekend would occur on the 21th of December yet Amber stated that it would be a bit early this year for loading up on CSC for gifting and Pawn Shop snatching. If they stick with weekends, it should be this one so I assume the bonus weekend will start Friday the 14th of December. Only my idea yet stay tuned for the next contest, I´ll post it as soon as I am able to get the items. <3
December’s birthstones offer three ways to fight the winter blues: tanzanite, zircon and turquoise.
I am curious whether the items come out all blue or if other shades of the jewels are choosen!
At the moment, the Santa Santa Party has given out all prizes and Cotton Candy Contest is looking forward to this yet we´re having two additional contests running:

Concerning the contests, I have a favor to ask you. Would you be so kind as to actually read the challenge rules and guidelines every time so cou can follow them, please? Normally, I am always around looking up your entries and when you miss a little thing, I am going to comment you. Now, the busy season for my naturopathic students has started and I am not so much around like I wish to. So it could be I miss a post and didn´t see you missing something. Following Subeta rules, I would have to skip such an entry and I would be very sad to have to act like this. I love all your cute and beautiful and witty entries and I appreciate all your work so it should count! So please please please read the rules for every contest which differ sometimes. DAILY LUMINAIRE CW CALENDAR: We are looking forward to the Colovaria Daily Luminaire CW Calendar, which was a great success in 2018. It'll run from 1st of December until New Year 2020. It's a daily competition to win a CW to a mingle-mangle of different Luminaire themes. If you participate daily, you gain a raffle ticket each day for a toss-up of a new CW. It'll be raffled off the day after our last calendar contest.

I collected a bunch over the last months for prizes yet there are some lacking until we reach the number of 32 which is needed. The CW doesn't have to be Luminaire-related. Luminaire, the most wonderful time of the year, is fast approaching! This year was rough for a lot of us and the rest of the world so let's spread some additional love and light during December.
You know this is the only time of the year I am asking for CW donations for the Luminaire Calendar (a chance to win a CW daily then) and the Winter Wonderland (a chance to win a CW weekly). I would be delighted if we achieve an equally generous CW pool like the last two years which would allow us to prolong the Winter Wonderland like we could this year - it is still going on and only changed the name during the seasons.
I know we are all waiting for CW prices to change and you are very welcome to donate later in December for Winter Wonderland when prices dropped, too. Nevertheless, we don't know if these changes really occur soon so it would be nice to have a stash ready when the calendar starts. I won't ping again for this since this is my one and only petition so please don't forget. :-)

I hope you all have amazing and very special days full of wonders and surprises!
Saturday, 9th of July, we are driving up north with the kitties, spending 4 weeks on the island Sylt, Germany's most beautiful and wild island!
We await a heat weave again here mid of July and we are happy to be up there where the weather is normally much more cool and with a windy breeze.
We fear a bit for the grass and the plants in the garden yet we can't help it, since we're living in a holiday aerea now, not all neighbors are around all the time and can help with watering. We inherited the garden with some holes in the already dry grass, too, so we have to sow again in autumn yet I am pretty sure it'll look a bit heartbraking later after weeks of drought.... Please keep your fingers crossed it won't be too bad! (First world problems for sure if we look around in the world, sorry....)
Nilai is going to visit Sylt for the first time, we hope he adapts well and loves it there like the others do. We are going to sprinkle him with water of the North Sea so he is going to become a real Syltian.... XD
Until mid of August, contests and games will be a bit slower than usual because of this. There'll be contests for sure but with a longer span of time to do them and it could be that prize giving is a bit decelerated, depends on the weather! If it rains, it'll be quicker, LOL. The longer span of time applies also for our dancing contests in the AT THE HOP forum, you'll always have 2 weeks of time during summer now.
If anybody of you wants to host a special contest this summer or later, just smail me. I am going to open a thread especially for you then and you can use it whenever you wish. Themes and prizes would be up to you.
If you don't want to host a contest yet have great ideas, please tell me. You can smail or comment me or post in the chat thread. I am always happy to hear from you all!

I love your designs and unique entries every time and you can't imagine how hard it is to judge sometimes, I wish I could shower you all in CWs all the time!
DAILY LUMINAIRE CW CALENDAR We are looking forward to the Colovaria Daily Luminaire CW Calendar which will start 1st of December. It'll run until New Year 2023 which will be the last contest day. It's a daily CW prize competition to a mingle-mangle of different Luminaire themes. If you participate every day, you gain a raffle ticket for a recolor of one of my CW releases of your choice. It'll be raffled off 2cd of January 2023.
Like the last two years, there will be another Daily Luminaire Task Game I try to collect additional CWs as prizes for this contest, yet there'll also be some high-priced sP items to win.
All other contest and games will stop until 3rd of January so you won't be overwhelmed.
The separate At the Hop Dancing Contests will be finished end of November, too.
