I have some adorable overlays for my pets, but I'm totally clueless about the overly code for the new system. Could anyone help me? This is the code I'm using.

Try taking out the type=text/css, so it would be

<style> {background-image: url(https://i.imgur.com/AgSE59j.jpg);} </style>
