Now that the business end of things is done, on to the ideas, yes? ^_^

1. Ugly Unicorn - X is a smallish, chubby, ugly young unicorn. X is wished into existence by a spoiled little girl who wants a unicorn of her very own, but when she sees X appear in front of her, she starts bawling and screaming and X runs away. All X wants is to be cute and adorable and loved. Maybe goes to the underground and befriends a zombie girl? Collects anything they find super cute.

2. Nice Demon - X is a demon who was kicked out of hell for being too nice. Their powers were stripped and now they're just a normal, boring mortal being, although they still look big and scary like a demon should, and because of their looks, everyone is terrified of them. They are homeless and in a broken-down rough area of Centropolis, just sitting and moping, when a kitten hops onto their head, mewing. They find out that for whatever reason, kitties are drawn to them. Maybe start up a feline rescue?

3. Cutesy Alien - X is an alien whose egg ship crashed on earth after their ship went a'splode. They hatch and immediately start exploring their surroundings. No other ideas, unless I use the kitty idea from the previous demon idea.

4. Entomologist - I've always been interested in insects and the like and I wanted to be an entomologist when I was young. Roly-poly bugs are my favorite. I don't have any other ideas for a pet like this though.

5. Supernatural detective - Someone who kind of sorta believes in ghosts and aliens and tries to search them out. I don't know about this though, because supernatural things are such a 'natural' part of Subeta.

6. Witch - A girl who believes in the old ways, not a green, scary, fake witch. Kind of interested in this one, but no other ideas right now.

Which do you think would be most interesting? Or is there another idea you think would be interesting to do?

All I've got is a specific date, 2/29/2020. Leap day, I missed 2016 on account of having no interest at the time. The species and pallette I want are Reborn Rreign female. A name is still WIP. Her quote is something I commented on an identical combination.

Of the ideas you posted, I just love ! Especially the outcome of the unicorn going Underground where X becomes an unliving little girl's dream come true ❤ I immediately thought of Exp being perfect for this, maybe the chibi one since X is young.

He is a chibi 1983 lol! The story turned out differently as I wrote it though. I might write a different version with him going underground just to see which I like better.

those are all really great ideas! The trick I've found is to make them memorable and unique with lots of detail. For example, I have a couple pets like the ones you described, but they've got quirks that make them unique! My little alien who crash landed to earth in his egg is found by a bunch of chickens and bonds with them and decides he'd like nothing better in life than to be a chicken. And I've got a supernatural/alien detective influenced heavily by my love for the X-Files, but unlike Fox Mulder, my detective adopts the aliens he finds like pets/children and gives them a home until he can find where they come from and help them return if they want. The details are what make them fun :)
