What's your favorite Webcomic, Comic, Manga, Manhwa or one you've been reading recently? You can briefly describe it if you'd like to (genre, premise, why you like it, etc.)
The one I've been reading the most recently is Miss Abbott and the Doctor. It's a really cute romcom set in the 19th Century. Something I LOVE about it is that even though it takes place during what should be the Victorian Era, is that it totally smashes gender roles and other stereotypes! I was quite pleasantly surprised by that :)
I don't read webcomics regularly, but I occasionally go to xkcd and hit the random button.

I don't read webcomics regularly or frequently either but I also enjoy the occasional trip through xkcd or The Oatmeal.
This is my favorite xkcd because I'm a nerd who can't get enough of a little perspective but this isn't even really a comic so...eh. ¯(ツ)/¯ xkcd's the shit though.
A big favorite of mine is a drama called Satan and Me :)
The premise is: "A screw-up in a feminine hygiene factory leads to a girl accidentally summoning Satan with her period. Now Satan is stuck tending to the whims of a 17-year-old girl."
I liked webcomics already but SaM got me into following them regularly!
That is absolutely fascinating! Love how you get MORE radiation from living near a coal plant than a nuclear power plant!

Right?! Yet everyone's anti-nuclear; meanwhile we are still burning coal like there's no tomorrow. D: screams uselessly into the void
Have a random Oatmeal. Especially relatable for me as I'm losing weight right now. Nothing fits right. ._.
I got really into Dumbing of Age and highly recomend it!! It's been going on for years so you see the art improve with time
❤️ ❤️ ❤️ ❤️ ❤️
when i get the time, i am absolutely gonna raid this thread for new reading materials ><
Plume was probably the first webcomic i got into (apart from the manga that i read way too much of online, but that's a whole other kettle). it's funny, packed with adventure, has a sweet little love story, and way too many feels. and the bio from the site describes it better than i could: Plume is a western adventure about Vesper Grey and her supernatural (and reluctant) guardian Corrick. On their way to recover some stolen artifacts, they start to learn the gritty truth about the past and how far they’re willing to go to amend it.

Spot on, unfortunately. Screw those sites.
Btw sorry I don't know enough webcomics to post about different ones every day. I'm pretty much just gonna keep linking to random stuff from the same two places. :3
Always Human, a futuristic queer romance with great character development. I would also consider it to partially be a coming of age story, and manages to be both mature and sweet. The pretty art is a bonus.
I do that all the time. Especially at take-out restaurants.
I do this too. I've spent like an hour standing in the aisle on my phone reading reviews and deliberating over trivial purchases. ._.;
I've done that at restaurants too. So awkward. Well I do hope they enjoy their meal later whenever they have it. haha
Gunnerkrigg Court is a sci-fi fantasy webcomic. Has a complex storyline and has been running for 13 years! The art has really developed over the years as well c:
"The comic tells the story of Antimony Carver, a young girl who has just started attending a school at a strange and mysterious place called Gunnerkrigg Court and the events that unfold around her as she becomes embroiled in conflict between Gunnerkrigg Court and the inhabitants of the Gillitie Wood, a forest outside the school. The comic's style and themes include elements from science, fantasy creatures, mythology from a variety of traditions, and alchemical symbols and theories; the literary style is heavily influenced by mystery fiction and manga."
Knight's Errant is pretty good! So is Hot Blood.
Thank you for recommending Plume!! I read it and really enjoyed it :)
Interesting! I read the first five chapters and I have it bookmarked to return to later. I love the main character's name, Antimony. I wish I was named after an element. :P
Winter Woods is also one of my favourites that has finished ❤ A few thousand years has passed since an alchemist created Winter. He is now living with Jane learning what it means to be alive as a human.
ahh yay glad you liked it ^^
