This has come up quite a few times over the past weeks (all of a sudden too - it didn't used to be an issue!) so I just wanted to give you guys a quick ping about it!

Please do not move any CWs to your CW shop IF THERE ARE STILL UNPAID SLOTS ON BATCHES

Once you have moved a CW to your shop, you lose the ability to edit any existing batches on it. This means if a slot goes unpaid, there is nothing you can do to reassign the slot, and nothing we can do behind the scenes to remove it from your shop so you can try again. This is not a glitch, but designed so the system cannot be abused.

Please make sure all batches are 100% paid and accounted for prior to moving a CW to your shop! If you have any questions, feel free to ask me. Thanks, all!

I didn't realise this was a thing since I always waited for batches to be accepted first. But it is good to know, Thank you

can this warning be added to the batch submission page in some capacity? i'd only heard of this being a thing by word of mouth, so for new submitters it'd be great to have it posted in the associated page.

EDIT** ok so i see there's a FAQ link that explains the above issue but i feel like it's really easy to miss. i mean, i did and i've been doing this for over a year now.
