sMail Errors

I'm trying to access two older sMails from 04/06/2016 and 09/10/2016 that I have in a separate folder besides Inbox. I'm able to access other messages in that folder just fine but these in particular bring me to an Error page every time I attempt to open them. The messages are not from the same sender, if that helps. Not sure what is going on but any feed back and updates are appreciated, thank you.

Can you copy and paste or describe the error you get when you try to access the sMails?

Are there any other sMails from around that time frame that you have? Are they working correctly?
I have a few from September 2016 and those are all working correctly. Nothing from April 2016 aside from the one I originally listed.
This is likely due to a recent error with sCode from sending large sCode blocks. There is an announcement here with a little more info: Sending Coding - Please read!
We are aware of the issue and will make an announcement when it is fixed.
If you require the contents of your old mails, please file a ticket with the URLs of the sMails in them and let them know told you to make the ticket.
