Yes. The colors it can't do are galactic, angelic, hydrus, STEAMWORK last I checked.

It can very very rarely do the limited species, the bimbus and bahkaoru (sure I butchered that)

The odds just aren't high to get something you specifically want. Some spend years going for an experiment
