Is there a way to make people group admins to help with the group?? If so, how??

Yes, if you go to the main page for the group and click the "View All Members" button, you'll be able to see everyone who is in the group and use the "Promote" option underneath their username to make them an admin. You'll only be able to see this option if you are the group owner or an admin yourself.
