Top left is a complicated outfit you shouldn't be asked to draw for free, but it's a better reference for the style of her hair. Upper middle is a better idea of hairline, and upper left is a better idea of bangs. Sharp features, narrow lips, pale coloring, piercing eyes.

Two notes: one, she always (or nearly always) carries a longsword of black metal in a sheath on her left hip. and two, she does have a rather nasty scar on her left shoulder.
