So, I’ve got some Subeta projects I’m working on that would be quicker/easier if I can have my account open on both my smartphone and my desktop. However, I remember, many moons ago, there was some suggestion that this was frowned upon, so I’m hesitant to do it. Although, I don’t really remember the details, because this was before smartphones, so I always remember thinking, at the time, it was kind of bogus to be logged into your account from two different computers at the same time. But now here I find myself wanting to do just that. So, am I just Subeta old and paranoid and I have nothing to worry about, or is this something I legit should avoid doing?

I don't think I've ever used both simultaneously because I'm not really sure why you would need to, but I keep both my laptop and phone logged in most of the time and have never had a problem with it, if that helps you at all?

Thank you for the reply! I’m wanting to do it to speed up referencing what I’ve got versus what I need while working on collections and pet treasures. It will mostly be SubetaLodge on one and Subeta on the other, but I’m sure I’ll be clicking into Subeta from both devices frequently, too.

Subeta allows you to be logged in from multiple devices, I used to do that all the time. There isn't anything in the Rules about it one way or another, I just looked.

I didn’t find it in the rules, either, but I had this vague memory that people were claiming that accounts were frozen for being logged into from multiple computers. Seems like it would be hard to enforce nowadays, when so many of us have a computer in our pocket! Thank you for your reply!

you only get one account. File a Ticket in Help and an UA will answer you definitively about the Rules. Those of us who answer here, we're not official anything.

Me, I don't remember it ever being an issue and I've been around eleven years.

It’s not that I have a specific memory, which is why I figured I’d ask the hive. I’ve been fairly inactive the last two years and when I started up again, it’s primarily been from a phone, which is a huge change from how I used to access Subeta. I thought there was a good chance I was just being paranoid! Thanks, again!
