Long Time Member Achievement Issues

I have been on Subeta for over 11 years (11 years, 1 week, and 2 days to be exact) and I have not received my 11 year achievement still stuck on number 10 and I am not sure if there is something off the wall I need to for it to register. I have been to my profile page, achievement page and anywhere else I could think of that might trigger it and it is still stuck. I am using windows 10 and am using Chrome as a web browser. Thank you in advance for any and all help.

I had and it did not work, though I just tried it again using the link you gave me and it worked that time. Thank you for your help. ^_^

the count on the Dashboard has always been incorrect from the very beginning of us users even having this datum.
I'm also having the same issue, I've been a member for 6 years :c
What exactly are you having trouble with? I am showing you as having the 6th year achievement and you should get your 7th on July 20th. Are you still having issues?

I had a bunch of holiday achievements that didnt transfer over, it looks like. :O
I would recommend filing a ticket and they can look into your logs. They should be able to transfer any over if they didn't from the old system.
