The older 2009 items were added back this year, but I found a few things that are seemingly still missing from the shop.

Subetalodge has these items listed as being from the 2009 section of the shop, and the items themselves are categorized as Holiday Items and have official prices that seem about right for special shop items. Just wondering if they were possibly overlooked when the other items were brought back.

Do you happen to know if the other item mentioned here should be in the shop as well?

The was never mentioned in that post, although the masks were.

I think this is the only remaining item that I've seen which maybe should be or used to be in the Menagerie but isn't currently.
