TC Help for a News Collecter?

So I have a couple of ideas for this guy.
First, this pet likes to read collect old newspapers and articles. I've already wishlisted the subeta tribune articles for his TC, but I feel I need some other suggestions.
The second idea I have for this pet is that he has the ability to regenerate his whole body, but he needs a certain amount of electricity in his body in order to do so. Apparently such powers came about through the mind of a mad scientist.
So some lightning-based items and any references to mad scientists (and their creation of monsters) are needed as well.
