There is a tiny spot above and below the ear that look like they're missing some hair though! You may want to fill them in to make the hair look a smidge more full C:

As for lining methods, I may only be able to help you if you use Sai? But I may be able to ping someone I know if you use Photoshop! Let me know if you use either of those! Unfortunately I don't know anyone personally who uses GIMP / etc x_x
