So I have been training a pet for a while and never really been bothered with battling but recently gotten into it.
I have managed to get Shikami my Harvester to the following stats
Level: 90 Health: 0 / 201 Strength: 200 Defense: 200 Speed: 201 Intelligence: 30 AP: 0
Now I know I need to get the Intelligence and AP up ... but how should I be training the HP, Strength, Defence and Speed from now?? Like the average way to build for most battles. Seem posts on the forums with people going 0 speed ... or all in attack. I'm just not sure where to go from here.
Thanks for any advice given :)
Training evenly until T8 or so is completely fine. If you train your health slightly higher than the rest of your stats, you'll be able to beat opponents earlier than if you had trained evenly. I don't recommend going for extremely low speeds such as 0 because that leaves you open to receiving more crit hits from your opponent, which can really hurt you in battle and increase your chances of losing. In order of priority, it usually goes: health, strength, defense, speed.
8HP:4DEF:2 STR:1Speed Until around tier 8-9
Lots of math went into that ratio. It's not perfect. The best way to do it is look at the next opponent you think you can beat, and run the math each time. It was usually approximately close to that ratio though.
12:4:2:1 might even be better still. I was probably overly timid training HP when I was going through with my pet.
Strength and speed are vanity stats. Speed is worthless until the late late endgame (T12+)
