I got an item called magic toast, which claims it "may delete your pet from the database, but not the pet itself". What does this mean? Is it safe to feed to my pet? Does it actually delete your pet from the database, and if so, what are the effects of that?

Hi there. Magic Toast will not do anything to your pet except give it a 1 point boost in being fed. No tricks or anything, apparently it was just a silly joke when it was first created.
Alright, good. I was worried for a second. :S They really shouldn't put that in an item's text if it isn't true. It's kind of misleading.

The Infinity Berry has a similar description that implies it will mutate your pet. It does not. It's a thing here?
So the Infinity Berry is worth one food point? The description says it fills your pet up for??? Good? Forever?

It is not for good and forever.
it will fill your pet up to ten from wherever it was, each time you feed it to any of your pets. The item lasts forever, but each feeding -action lasts as long as any other feeding up to ten. So ten hours give or take. If you like you can feed it to your pet(s) again and again.
Ok thank you! That's pretty awesome!

you are welcome. it's handy if you have pets that you battle with. That way you don't have to scramble around for food or worry if the game-mechanism for the Vetan resort is working. (The Lakeside Resort is cheaper by a lot)
Yes, I do have one main battle pet at the moment. 22 pets out of 24 are usually all in the resort. So it's cheaper just to use the berry for all pets rather than place them in the resort?
