No clue, but you could always create a pet with the name, and get a Telenine Elixir. They're pricier now than they were a week or so ago (due to the price changes on all elixirs), but it doesn't take long to make sP here. :)

I'm not sure, only staff know. However you can get one by buying a Telenine Elixir and using it on one of your pets to turn it into one. There's a list of them here.
