Only Get Dance Invites From One Person?

Currently I seem to have everyone inviting me appearing as the same person from my friendslist, despite confirming that multiple friends were inviting me for dances. The event seems to correctly determin identities when it's the other way around but I'm currently incapable of being invited by anyone but one specific user and the acceptances also don't seem to come through to those who actually sent the invites.
When you visit the dance page, there's a queue of invites and it'll show you the next one in the queue. So if you've opened a bunch in new tabs for instance, they'll all show the same person. But accepting the dance should show the correct person on the next page (the user reveal) and on the dance floor. Does this help with your issue?

No this was going through the list of alerts in the same tag one by one, subsequently.
I'm a little confused - when you accept the dances, does the correct person get the steamworks/lounge trinkets? Or does it go to the person they are incorrectly appearing as? Have your friends (who say they requested you) got notifications saying you accepted their dances?

I don't know who the trinkets go to but it's not the person who actually requested the dance and they do not get a notification apparently. I can only assume they go to the person they appear as? Sorry if I'm not making much sense it's pretty late for me >_> ETA: HUH it jsut resolved itself. Is it possible that the queue may have carried over from last year for some reason if I was asleep when the event officially ended?
I checked your logs and it looks like one of your friends has invited you to dance multiple times. I think you just need to accept their queued dances, then you should see any other dances you have waiting for you. Have you gone through your entire queue of dance invites yet?
If your friend is trying to invite you, and is unable to, could you have them post on this thread to help us investigate the issue?

Yes, it sounds like that's what happened. In either case, no dances should be missing - you just need to go through the queue to reach them. I'm glad it resolved itself. If you run into any issues with missing dances or anything like that later on, feel free to make another report :)
