I was doing quests and when I went to "purchase" something from my shop that's highlighted in blue, I get this message: "Your most recent purchase failed. An unknown error occurred." The the item disappears from my shop and it's not in my inventory.
Same here, I've lost about 5 items already today due to this. I checked through account search and the items were definitely in my shop. As soon as I click the move button they disappear from my shop and are also no longer traceable through account search.
I am also experiencing this. I get a notification that says "Your most recent purchase failed. An unknown error occurred." (in red) and then the item is moved from my shop but not in my inventory.
Yup. Items just vanish entirely (and I've checked shop logs - they're not being sneakily bought out from under me). If I move the item through account search it works perfectly. It's only glitching on the shop search.
I had this occur to me four times this morning. I stopped selecting the Move button and used either the NPC or User Shop link. These other two still work.
I am looking at this now.

Hey guys, fix has been deployed. Should be live in a couple minutes. If you lost any items you want back, file a ticket and just put "For Bug" in the title and I'll take care of it for you! This glitch was totally my mistake, I'm so sorry!!

I've confirmed the fix is live now and there should be no more problems, so it should be safe to use the button again. Again I'm very sorry about this hiccup!
