I can even tell the reason, it's simple - I don't yet have a pet (beta-testing petless mode, heh :D ). Hence the event falls through. But, still, not expected behaviour, so a bug. And annoyance - my future hedgehog (to be born on the 27th) would probably need that treasure space :( Maybe checking existence beforehand would be beneficial? Or giving out the space-increasers as separate tokens (with the number of various currencies this site has, who'll notice an extra one ;-) ?)
